The Clearance Report is a private, well-researched safety paper sent strictly to YOU (the property owner) before any tenancy agreement is signed.

For Tenants: How to Clear Your Name

If a previous landlord has reported you and you are blocked from renting a SecureRent CMR certified property, you must follow our strict clearance steps to restore your name.

1. Settle Your Debt

You must contact your previous landlord directly and pay 100% of the outstanding rent or property damages you owe them.

2. Submit Proof

Send our office verified proof of payment (a valid MoMo transfer receipt, bank deposit, or a signed letter from the landlord confirming the debt is cleared).

3. Pay Administrative Fee

Once proof is checked, you must pay the SecureRent Clearance Fee to permanently remove your record from the Defaulters Registry and receive a Green Light.
