If a previous landlord has reported you and you are blocked from renting a SecureRent CMR certified property, you must follow our strict clearance steps to restore your name.
You must contact your previous landlord directly and pay 100% of the outstanding rent or property damages you owe them.
Send our office verified proof of payment (a valid MoMo transfer receipt, bank deposit, or a signed letter from the landlord confirming the debt is cleared).
Once proof is checked, you must pay the SecureRent Clearance Fee to permanently remove your record from the Defaulters Registry and receive a Green Light.
